Build It Global Inc. (BIG) has taken an active program management, risk management and project financing role for its client Walloon Lake Properties LLC. BIG is working with leading, next-generation technologies from the Department of Energy and several State of Michigan energy-efficiency experts to build one of the nation's first "off-grid" low/moderate/high income based residential communities. This planned residential development (PDA) community will focus on quality conservation planning and design where its residents will have access to smart technologies throughout their individual homes and condominiums.
