In the third model, BIG is on both sides. As an advisor on the sell side and as a project sponsor on the demand side, even participating to the project company. The major characteristic of this model is the loss of neutrality since BIG enters the business initiative as a project sponsor.

Sell Side

• For the services offered through BIG's platform, the revenues come from revenue sharing contracts.
• For the services offered directly by BIG, revenues are based on usage.

Demand Side

• The major source of revenues derives from project profit sharing.
• The other sources of revenues are the same as model 2, recurring revenues (membership / subscription) or revenues based on usage.
